I’d like to talk to you a little bit, if I may, about some  'glass  half full' type stuff:

In the form of CREATING HABITS.

When we talk about habits, we tend to focus on the negative ones that we have accumulated along the way. 

The habits that we refer to as 'bad'. 

But what about the good ones? What about creating habits that we KNOW will make us feel amazing, and are therefore TTOOOOOTTTTTAAAALLLLLYYYYY worthwhile sticking to?

Did you know that from around 18 days a person can form a new habit and then from about 66 days that new behaviour becomes AUTOMATIC?! That's just over 2 months.

Which is nothing. 

To make a POSITIVE habit a permanent fixture in your life.... 

TWO MONTHS. 

And Greens Stack is one of the easiest GOOD HABITS that you can make in your day to day life:

The pandemic seems to have sent our habitual lifestyle a little bit all over the place. 

Routines? Out the window.

Good habits? Lost 

Bad habits? Created. 

And we are all paying for it now by feeling a bit groggy and run down. 

So let's address this. Let’s address this RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW; and use our common interest - performance supplementation, also known as Green Stack, by Hence.

Step 1 - DESIRE

Alright, alright, I can hear your deep sigh and see your eye roll from all the way over here... After all, it's far easier to desire a  bar of chocolate than your daily Greens. But the mindset is absolutely crucial here. 

It's easy to say to yourself "I'll start Monday". After all, why do today what we could put off till tomorrow, right?

But let's change that 'tomorrow' mindset to a 'right NOW' mindset.

Embed the aforementioned desire: Want it, need it, PRACTISE IT. 

And before long, you'll grow to crave the Greens almighty crunch.

Step 2 - SET IT ALL OUT

Wait. Didn’t I just set it all out?

No, but you are getting there.....

Step 2 is about getting organised. And the organisation is key when it comes to starting a new habit. Because organisation prevents procrastination. And excuses. 

Know your recipe, know your timing, know the shaker or glass or whatever it is you make your greens in. And get going.... 

Lay it out the night before, make it so that you almost have to trip over it; like you’re going on holiday early the next morning.  Even that association might make you a bit excited. Why not get excited over the knowledge that you're going to do something that morning that makes you feel f'king AMAZING?!

Step 3 - CATCHING YOURSELF

BE PRESENT. FOCUS. CATCH YOURSELF DRINKING THEM.

Remind yourself of how grateful and proud you are that you're doing it. Here you are, that person YOU wanted to be.  

And most importantly, you are embedding the positive vibes and associations with this step. Tomorrow, it will be more natural. And the next day, even more so. 

 That twang of spicy/rooty/earthy/sweet? God, it’s good to know how much benefit it’s doing you! You will want to take in every single last drop. Within 30 minutes, you’ll be on top form and your day is going to be another corker.

Catch yourself. Get the positive association in. Plant those positive seeds. Make the good habit automatic. Simple. 

Step 4 - NOTICE THE CRAVING

So you’ve been taking your Greens a few days now, maybe even a week, have you noticed it yet?

Your day isn’t quite the same without it... is it?  Until you’ve knocked up that Green goodness, it’s just not right. You don't feel right. You don't feel, well, you.

You’re craving it. You’re craving Greens Stack.

You’re craving a day of good vibes.

You’re craving productivity - working hard, training hard and eating well.  

And after all of that, you’re craving a night of recovery. A night of good, solid sleep.

Again and again and again.
